The first stop on the Alaska Series took place at Nabesna Wayside, at a small turnout on the Nabesna Road in Wrangell/St. Elias National Park. The play extended out into the dirt roadway and while the road had nearly no traffic at all it did mean that play needed to be stopped more than once to let a traveling car pass through.
