In accordance with Article II of the Tapey Beercone Charter, we, the Commissioners of Tapey Beercone, have taken the initiative to propose the follow Amendments to said Charter. This letter constitutes an official public notice of proposed Amendments to the Tapey Beercone Charter, effective date 27th December, 2023. Public Notice and Comment period will end at 11:59 PST on 10th January, 2024. Please address all questions or comments to the Office of the Commissioners of Tapey Beercone. From the Annals: The Regency Streak

As dictated by the sport’s Charter, Tapey Beercone is governed by six Regents. These being the original six players who founded the sport and played in its first games. All six players are still active players today, and all have ample history playing throughout the sports five seasons. But what is somewhat remarkable is the consistency of their playtime, and the resulting streak.
