In accordance with Article II of the Tapey Beercone Charter, we, the Commissioners of Tapey Beercone, have taken the initiative to propose the follow Amendments to said Charter. This letter constitutes an official public notice of proposed Amendments to the Tapey Beercone Charter, effective date 27th December, 2023. Public Notice and Comment period will end at 11:59 PST on 10th January, 2024. Please address all questions or comments to the Office of the Commissioners of Tapey Beercone. As the current season draws to a close we again begin to contemplate our season ending traditions. One such tradition, held since Season 3, has seen the conferring of seasonal Awards. In past seasons a multitude of awards have been bestow, yet as we have heretofore reviewed our intent is to simplify and consolidate the awards for Season 5. Per Your request and in preparation for a proposed rules review during the Oregon Tapey Beercone Invitational, listed below are a series of proposed rule chances. These includes a framework to codify the ground rules for base stealing, additional proposed rules to resolve other ground/governing rulings as well as open rules issues from this season, and lastly a number of minor rule changes/clarifications which this Commissioner deems worthy of discussion.
