Photos from the 2024 Tapey Beercone Open

The players may have had to wait an extra week, but on May 11th, players and spectators alike were treated to a fantastic dat for the annual Tapey Beercone Open Game held at Trailerville Acres As has become tradition, this year saw three separate games held over one amazing day of Tapey Beercone.

Congratulations are in order for Tyler “The Deuce”, who swept the event, by winning the Kumite, captaining his team to victory in the main event, and then leading his team to victory in the free play game for good measure. A new player to the game, Shamus, was named MVP of the main event.

The start of another season means the kick off of another exciting season of rotisserie league beercone!

On opening day of the 8th season of Tapey Beercone, a draft was held right before first pitch leading to 4 very competitive fantasy teams.

Photos from the 2023 Chris-Mass Classic

Good things come to those who wait, and this year that meant waiting six days into 2024 for the 2023 Chris-Mass Classic. And what a good time it was. While rain threatened to cancel the event, the weather was held at bay long enough for a 4 inning affair to belatedly celebrate Chris-Mass at Incline Acres.

Photos from the 2023 New Year’s Eve Lotus Game

Back after a one year hiatus due to rain, the Lotus League gathered for a Tapey Beercone game held on New Year’s Eve at Lotus Park. Perfect Beercone weather was at hand with mild temps, gray skies, and plenty of ice cold Coors Light on hand. The game included many new players and saw skillful play from pitcher and hitters alike, and well as a couple of unfortunate beer fouls. The game was tightly contested throughout, and over the 7 inning affair it was Team Coach that outpaced Team Colonel 16 to 13.
