Greetings All,
This letter constitutes an official notice of suspension of Boyd Holler. The effective date of suspension is retroactive to 17th October 2023. Details of the actions prompting this suspension can be found in Case # 23CR2021 of the Superior Court of California.
Pursuant to the actions of the Superior Court of California, and the actions of the Commissioner’s Office of Tapey Beercone under Article V: Section D of the Official and Governing Rules of Tapey Beercone, Boyd Holler is found to be no longer in good standing with the Tapey Beercone Player’s Association. Pursuant to Article IV of the Tapey Beercone Charter, this causes Boyd Holler to no longer be eligible for a position on the Tapey Beercone Board of Regents, leaving said seat vacated. The Office of the Commissioners of Tapey Beercone recommends to the Board of Regents that the vacated seat remain vacant until the outstanding amendments to the Charter are considered for ratification.
Further actions will be taken as the Tapey Beercone Board of Regents deems appropriate and necessary.

Update 20240111:
On January 11th, 2024 at approximately 1:30 PM, following ratification of proposed charter amendments and approval of the 8th Edition Tapey Beercone Rules by unanimous vote of the board of regents, the Co-Commissioner’s of Tapey Beercone upheld Boyd Holler’s suspension by unanimous vote of the Office. Then through Article III Section A of the Tapey Beercone Charter and by unanimous vote of the Board of Regents, Boyd Holler was Exiled from the Buckos Nation. He will here-fore be referred to only as “The Exiled” , he is ‘Persona Non Grata’ and ‘Damnatio Memoriae’.
