Photos from the 7th Annual Oregon Tapey Beercone Invitational – Pandemic Edition

The 7th Annual Oregon Tapey Beercone Invitational, the Pandemic Edition, was held at Volcanoes Stadium, and was the was greatest Tapey Beercone event held to date. The event included the 2020 running of the Tapey Beercone Kumite, and a massive four team main event which provide untold excitement throughout a rain filled Oregon day.

“The Reverend” takes in the majesty while playing under the lights.

The festivities began the night before under the lights where a Buckos league game was held.

Aidan “The Gambler” won the 2020 Kumite on a walk off home run!

The main event was a rainy affair with plenty of slipping and sliding.

On a side note, Taylor “High Socks” once again took 2nd place in the Best Dressed competition while sporting patriotic shin-highs.
Veteran Richard “The Reverend” participated in his third OTBCI.

Tapey Beercone veterans and newcomers alike competed in action packed games.

Haley was one of many first time players who left a big impact.
Safe at 2nd.

There were outstanding plays on both sides of the ball.

Kelly “The Coach” made two unassisted triple plays during the event.
“X-tine” was in mid-season form, and pitched solidly throughout the event.

Boosted by stellar pitching by Christine “X-tine” and fantastic all-around defense, Team Gambler emerged victories from the main event.
